Return and Exchange Policy FAQ
Paintball Nerd does not offer refunds on retail purchases. If an item is brand new, never used and has all of its original packaging, it can be exchanged for store credit but we will never issue a cash refund. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed your order will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Certain items like paintballs and refurbished equipment cannot be returned or exchanged and all sales are final. The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
If the product is defective, it will be repaired based on the manufacturer's warranty. All paintball equipment comes with a manufacturer warranty so we will not just send out a brand new item. We must follow the manufacturer's warranty process for repair. The only time a brand new item will be given is if the manufacturer deems the product is not repairable.
How do I return?
- Email info@paintballnerd.com your order number and reason for your return. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of delivery
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards
- Paintballs
- Refurbished Equipment
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
You can send your item back using the link provided above. Once we receive and inspect the item we will issue a gift card for the cost of the item (less the return shipping fee) so you can place an order for the correct item.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to store credit (gift card)
Paintball Nerd does not offer cash refunds. Store credit is the only option available.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
