Shipping Policy

Typically most orders will ship the same day as long as they are placed before 1:00 PM CST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after the daily shipping cutoff, on holidays or orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day (business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays). If an item is marked as a Pre-Order it will ship as soon as it becomes available.

We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on orders above $20, unless specified otherwise it item description. Express shipping options are also available for an additional fee. Paintball Nerd does everything in our power to have your items delivered as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies once the package leaves our building.

We offer free same-day delivery to customers in Columbia, Tennessee (zip code 38401) for orders placed before 1:00pm CST Monday - Friday (except holidays), unless specified otherwise it item description.

Calculating Transit Times

Please keep in mind that when paying for upgraded shipping delivery times are quoted in business days (Monday-Friday) from the date the package ships (not the date it was ordered). Orders placed after the daily cutoff time, on holidays or weekends will be shipped the next business day and the quoted transit time will not start until the package is actually shipped.

Additionally, transit times quoted during the checkout process are merely an estimate and are not a guarantee of service. We do not offer refunds on upgraded shipping fees due to delays caused by the carriers or the customer not calculating the transit time correctly.

Examples:

1) You place an order with Next Day Air Shipping Service on Thursday at 1:00 PM CST. We will ship the package the same day and it should arrive the next business day on Friday 

2) You place an order with Next Day Air Shipping Service on Thursday evening at 7:00 PM CST. The package will not ship until Friday since you missed the daily shipping cutoff for same day service. Since the package is shipping on Friday it will not arrive until the next business day which is Monday

International Shipping

International shipping is available anywhere in the world and shipping fees will be calculated with our real time rate calculator. International customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties or import fees that may arise from their order. We will not allow a customer to return an item because they do not want to pay these fees. Due to laws in some countries and certain manufacturer rules, some products may not be able to be shipped to certain countries.

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit the customer must report the issue to us so we can file an investigation/claim with the shipping company. Until we receive the results of the investigation we will not be able to send out a replacement product or a refund if necessary until we have a definitive answer from the shipping company on the status of the shipment in question. We understand this can be frustrating but we will work as quickly as possible to resolve the matter!

Return and Exchange Policy

Paintball Nerd does not offer refunds on retail purchases. If an item is brand new, never used and has all of its original packaging, it can be exchanged for store credit but we are unable to issue refund. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed your order will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Certain items like paintballs and refurbished equipment cannot be returned or exchanged and all sales are final. The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

If the product is defective, it will be repaired based on the manufacturer's warranty. All paintball equipment comes with a manufacturer warranty so we must follow the manufacturer's warranty process for repair. 

PaintballNerd.com has great working relationships and expedited procedures with all of our vendors in the rare instance that an item from your order has a problem. To resolve your problem in the timeliest fashion, we ask you contact the manufacturer direct for assistance. We have provided a list of technical support numbers for the majority of paintball gun and gear manufacturers.

How do I return?

What items are returnable? 

• Within 30 days from the date of delivery
• In unused and resellable condition
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift Cards
• Paintballs
• Refurbished Equipment

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

You can send your item back by clicking here https://paintballnerd.com/apps/redo/returns-portal. Once we receive and inspect the item we will issue a gift card for the cost of the item (less the return shipping fee) so you can place an order for the correct item.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

• Refund to store credit (gift card)

Paintball Nerd does not offer cash refunds. Store credit is the only option available.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my store credit?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, the request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
